1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SecureShare (the "Service"), operated by VBro Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, whether registered or guest.

2 Description of Service

SecureShare is a secure file transfer platform that allows users to:

• Upload and share files securely with AES-256-GCM encryption.
• Generate unique, time-limited download links.
• Optionally password-protect individual file downloads.
• Organize files into groups for easy management.
• Track download history and manage file lifecycle.

3 Account Registration

To access premium features (dashboard, file management, extended backup), you must register an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts at our sole discretion.

4 File Upload Rules

When uploading files to SecureShare, you agree to the following:

• Maximum File Size: Each file must not exceed 3GB (3072MB).
• Storage Limit: Registered users have a storage quota of up to 1GB.
• Allowed Files: You may upload files for legitimate personal or business purposes only.
• Ownership: You must own or have the legal right to upload and share all files.

5 Prohibited Content & Use

You must NOT use SecureShare to upload, store, or distribute:

• Malware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious software.
• Copyrighted material you do not have rights to distribute.
• Child exploitation material (CSAM) — reported to law enforcement immediately.
• Personal data of others without their consent.
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
• Spam, phishing materials, or deceptive content.

Violations will result in immediate account termination, file deletion, and potential legal action.

6 File Expiry & Automatic Deletion

SecureShare implements automatic file lifecycle management:

• Guest Uploads: Files are automatically deleted after 1 day(s) from upload.
• Registered Users: Files follow your selected backup plan — default 365-day backup or lifetime backup where available.
• Download Limits: Each file is limited to 5 downloads per IP address.
• Cleanup Runs: A cron-based automated cleanup runs regularly to purge expired files from the server.

7 Security & Rate Limiting

To protect the platform and its users, we enforce:

• IP Rate Limiting: Excessive download attempts from a single IP will be throttled or blocked.
• Brute-Force Protection: Multiple failed login/password attempts trigger temporary IP bans.
• CSRF Protection: All forms use token-based protection against cross-site request forgery.
• Super Admin Monitoring: Platform administrators may review activity logs for security purposes.

8 Intellectual Property

The SecureShare platform, its design, code, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of VBro Technology and Mukesh Kumar. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

VBro Technology provides SecureShare on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
• Complete security against all forms of data breach.
• Preservation of uploaded files beyond stated retention periods.
• Third-party actions or content uploaded by other users.

In no event shall VBro Technology be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VBro Technology, its developer Mukesh Kumar, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Content you upload to the Service.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
• Is fraudulent or illegal.

Upon termination, your files will be permanently deleted from our servers.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
